ChiStepper.com and Dre and Company’s awesome Pre-World’s Largest party was the talk of the town for weeks following the event. The occasion, which amassed more 1,000 steppers from across the country, is now in the history books. Sister 2 Sister, the country’s #1 African American celebrity magazine, covered the party and a few of the magnificent Steppers who attended in the December 2008 issue (on newsstands now). In the issue, you will also get a glimpse at Faith Evans, T.I. & Maino (the interview that inspired my “Haters on the Steppers Scene” article), and the dope UK artist with the hot Steppers tracks, Estelle. Jamie Brown, Sister 2 Sister’s owner and I, had an awesome time at the event and thought that the world should know how Steppers put it down in the Chi.
Thanks again for everyone who came out and supported the event. Dre and I are already planning to do it bigger and better next year. The date for the World’s Largest Weekend 2009 will go from September 18th – September, 20th. We are already working with Pete Frazier to make this event the one of the grand slams of the year.

I got my copy Tuesday night after I got a text from a friend who told me she read the article and congratulated me on the being mentioned. So in the rain and my PJs I made the dash to the 7-11 and got my copy. To be mentioned in the magazine I have been reading for years was the best! Its my Christmas present given to me early! LOL
I know Terrance gave her my government name to put in the write up, its cool, but next time make sure to give T.I., Ludacris or LL my number nigglet! LOL

I also got my copy of the "Sister To Sister" December issue.I want to thank you guys for the shout out in the mag, even though my name was spelled wrong. It's Howell not Powell. I enjoyed the Post Party and the contest was nice too.
Even though I did not win. It took a lot to perform even FOR MY 13TH APPEARANCE AND 9TH TIME MAKING IT. I WILL GET THAT AWARD SOMEDAY. My heart was in it but my skills were off. Contests and dancing at the clubs are two different arenas. But skill is skill. Until my next comment, take it easy and "KEEP ON STEPPIN!!"
